Darius Srebalius (CBS) MA BA is an approved Certified Business Specialist (CBS) with the Academy of Business Strategy and his specialist subject is leadership motivation. He has achieved an MA in International Business Administration from Vilnius University Business School and a BA in Philology and Psychology from Vilnius University of Educational Sciences. He has been employed as an International Sales Director, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Purchase Manager and Consultant for various companies and has experience within the information technology, telecommunications, retail and FMCG industries. His clients or employers have included Media-Tech, Tatung UK Ltd, Viasat AS, Vilniaus Baldai and Dandy. He has geographical working experience in Poland, Lithuania, Russia and the UK. He speaks English, Russian and Lithuanian. His service skills incorporate leadership development, motivational advancement, behavioural analysis and leadership motivation.
